Yes! We can arrange for a room block, which provides your guests with a discounted rate & special code to book with. A Sales Manager will be able to quote the room rates, for a specific weekend.
The initial deposit of 2500-is due with a signed contract. A second deposit will be taken 6-8 months prior to the event (may vary depending on how far out event is booked), this deposit will be for 50% of your estimated total. A third deposit will be taken 3-4 months prior to the event for 85% of your estimated total. Final payment is due 7 days prior to event, when final guest counts are provided.
Our preferred list consists of an extraordinary variety of vendors who are both exceptional at their trade and reliable. We do not charge additional if you choose to use a different vendor. We will require you to obtain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with the Delray Sands Resort named with specific.
We DO NOT, but we can arrange for a discounted rate on a room for the couple.
All food, beverage, catering, audio-visual services and any other services for your function are subject to a 22% service charge (“Service Charge”). This service charge will be automatically added to your bill. As required by law, state sales and other applicable transactional taxes will be collected on the service charge.
